Traveling south from 187, at the power line, the blazes disappear and there is no apparent route up the ridge. The problem is the reverse when going north, descending from the ridge---the blazes disappear (as does the trail itself) as you approach the bottom of the hill and give no good idea which way to look on the other side of the power line since the crossing really isn't in a direct line. I was able to find the trail on the ridge by bushwhacking since I knew it was up there somewhere and then backtracking to see where my problem had developed. No blazes. Additionally, as you enter the woods by the gate at route 57, traveling north, the blazes are truly hard to find and the turn off from the gravel road is quite overgrown and hard to see. Otherwise the trail sections were marvelous.
