On April 16, a 3 man trail work party finally cut the relocation over Hill 1017 (See 9th ed. M-M Guidebook, page 64.) The map in the guidebook is now approx. correct as it depicts the trails route on the ground. The relo turns abrubtly left (West) off the old route, crossing a small stream next to an abandoned mill site. The stream offers potable water except during dry periods. The trail utilizes a recently cut ATV trail on good footing and descends to Rattlesnake Gutter Rd.
