DEMAREST, who was bap. 4 June 1800 at the Reformed Dutch Church
of Bergen (wit.: Pieter Cerson and Ragel Cerson), a dau of
David Demarest and Rachel Cresson. With banns published 12 Aug.
1709 at the Reformed Dutch Church of Hackensack he mar. as his
second wife ANTJE LAROE, who was a dau. of Jacques Le Rue and
Wybrecht Hendricks.
2. ADAM JANSE VAN ORDEN, had no birth or baptismal record. With
banns published 27 July 1700 at the Reformed Dutch Church of
Hackensack he mar. ABELTIE SLOT, who was bap. 15 Sept. 1678 at
the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston (wit.: Henderick Claesen
and Annetie Jacobsen), a dau. of Pieter Jansen Slot and Marretie
Jacobse Van Winckle. With banns published 1 Mar. 1719 at the
Reformed Dutch Church of Hackensack Abeltie mar. as her second
husband Cornelis Epke Banta.
3. MARGRITA VAN NORDEN, had no birth or baptismal record. On
either 12 Sept. 1708 or 24 Oct. 1708 "at (the) religious service
at Hackensack" and recorded at the Lutheran Church of New York
City she mar. as her first husband HANNES LASSEN. According
to their marriage record, he had been b. in Kingston, Sopos Co.,
NY, and she had been b. in Bergen, Bergen Co., NJ. On either either 25
Sept. 1715 or 9 Oct. 1715 "at Hackensack" and recorded at the
Lutheran Church of New York City she mar. as her second husband
RICHARD KOEK, who had been b. in New Castel, PA according
to their marriage record.
4. WILLEM VAN NORDEN, had no birth or baptismal record and was b.
Hackensack, Bergen Co., NY (according to his marriage record).
With banns published 1 Mar. 1719 at the Reformed Dutch Church of
Hackensack, he mar. TEMPERANCE LOVERIDGE, who had no b. or bap.
record and was b. (abt. 1695) in Perth Amboy, NJ (according to
marriage record), a dau. of William Loveridge and Margriete
Dumont. At the time of their marriage Willem was living in
Hackensack and Temperance was living in Raritan. Both William
and Temperance died in 1765. Willem's will was dated 22 Feb.
1765.
5. ALBERT VAN NORDEN, had no birth or baptismal record. With banns
published 9 Feb. 1717 at the Reformed Dutch Church of Hackensack
he mar. MARGRIET MATTYSE, who was prob. a dau. of Matthys
Cornelise and Trintje Hendricks. Both were recorded as having
been born and then living in Hackensack at the time of their
marriage.

of New York City he mar. SARAH HARDICK. Both were living in
Claverack, Albany Co., NY, at the time of their marriage.
4. CATRYNTJE REES, was bap. 9 May 1697 at the Reformed Dutch Church
of Albany. Wit.: Gysbert Merselis and Caatje Jansz. Abt. 1725
in Albany, Albany Co., NY, she mar. BENJAMIN WHITE, who was bap.
17 May 1702 at the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston (wit.:
None), a son of William White and Judith Meales.

of Albany. Wit.: Henrik Hansse, Debora Hansse, and Gysbert
Scherp. She mar. HENDRICK VAN DEUSEN.
7. LYSBETH REES, was bap. 18 June 1704 at the Reformed Dutch Church
of Albany. Wit.: Jan and Maria Rees. On 4 May 1728 at "the
Kamp at Mr. Saalsback's" she mar. ADAM SILBERNAGEL, who had no
birth or baptismal record and was b. abt. 1701, a son of Niclas
Silbernagel, from Bingen, and Gertruy (__). They were married
"with certificate of Livingston's Voorlezer" and recorded at the
Lutheran Church of New York City. Adam emigrated with his
brother and 5 sisters from Germany prior to 1721. They settled
on the Robert Livingston Estate in Columbia Co., NY.
