| Tracking is not just about finding a track on the ground; it can be a powerful tool for human change. In this day and age we often feel isolated, disconnected from the natural world and from other human beings. Tracking enables us to rediscover the connections that exist in the web of life. Tracking is the art of seeing, the art of observation, engaging our whole being. |
| In our tracking workshops, we spend time in the forest exploring the world of wild animals. We look for subtle clues, such as tracks, and signs of feeding, mating, and other behavior. Using all of our senses, and being aware of the present moment, we gain insights into the interaction of animals with each other and with their environments. Seeing the forest through the eyes of the animals, we can conquer our fears of the unknown and begin to feel at home in the wild. This new-found understanding can lead to greater appreciation of the sacred link between all living beings |
