EDITOR'S NOTE:
For reasons that are unclear to me, people have taken to posting completely inappropriate messages here, for MLM services, and goods and services that have nothing to with Russia. I just throw these away, but it wastes my time and yours.

Due to the number of inappropriate messages received through this service, we shall no longer post business proposals here. Appropriate business proposals will be distributed to the relevant Russian business associations. This will put proposals directly in the hands of companies that can use them.

Only the following sorts of messages will be forwarded:

Buy or sell proposals/enquiries for Russian/CIS goods or services
Wanted to buy enquiries from Russian/CIS firms
Public service annnoucements: conferences, personnel available, etc.

For other sorts of enquiries/proposals (e.g. requests to find distributors or buyers in Russia/CIS, we have a low-cost classified ad programme where for about US$25 you can reach thousands of readers in print and on-line.

- Offers to sell goods and services in Russia or requests to find distributors - this is wrong place (see above)
Please do not add HTML codes into your posting
Please do not hype your product and service. This is supposed to be a serious service.
Use English spellings for places, include your tel/fax country code (e.g. "1" for the USA and Canada), be careful about abbreviations that readers may not understand (e.g. FOREX), etc.
Please do not overuse this service. Advertising is very inexpensive; please ask us.
Please make sure that your posting/offer is true and accurate. False postings, attempts to deceive, etc. are illegal in most countries. We do not try to verify postings, but we will reject those that look suspicious. Again, this is supposed to be a serious service.
